How To Submit Your Request
Submitting your error resolution request is easy. Just follow these three steps:
Step 1 – Prepare Your Request
First, make sure your request addresses a specified error related to the servicing of your mortgage loan. The request must include the following information:
- Full name
- Information that enables GNM to identify your mortgage loan, such as an account number and/or property address
- A statement that describes the error you believe has occurred (please be as specific as possible)
