How To Submit An Information Request
Submitting your information request is easy. Just follow these three steps:
Step 1 – Prepare Your Request
You may submit a reasonable request for information related to the servicing of your mortgage loan. The request must include the following information:
- Full name
- Information that enables GNM to identify your mortgage loan, such as an account number and/or property address
- A statement of the information you are requesting (please be as specific as possible)
